Can I switch the order that I receive the courses in?
No, the order in which the courses are added to your training account is fixed. Once they are available to you, you can the study them in the order that you choose.
I already have one of the certifications , can I miss that month?
No, the order is fixed for each consecutive month. If you have already taken one of the courses, then either take it as an opportunity to revisit your learning, or use that month for additional study of one of the other courses.
I’m going on holiday – can I take a break?
That’s the beauty of subscription learning. You will keep access to all the courses that are added, so even if you’re away, you’ll still have the opportunity to continue with your study when you return. Because the prices are locked in at the beginning of the subscription, we don’t allow any breaks.
What happens if I cancel?
If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time with just 30 days notice. However, please be aware that you will lose any progress that you have made in your course(s), and if you with to return your price may increase.
My company can’t make a monthly payment – what can I do?
Please contact us on email@example.com and we will assist. We can make arrangements that will work for your organisation.
Are your courses accredited?
Yes, all courses are fully accredited. The ATO is IT Training Zone Limited
Are exams included?
The exams are not included in the cost of the monthly subscription. However, exams are available for all of the courses. These are online, web proctored exams. The exams can be purchased.
